Unexpected Time to Think ðŸ¤”

I had a completely different post ready and decided to change it, so this post is really, really late.

I was going to write about still being sick, doctors, insurance, healthcare, and missing the YungBlud concert—which is technically tonight—but, like I said, I changed my mind.

Am I missing the concert? Yes.

Am I upset? Yeah. Wouldn’t you be?

Do I know it’s for my own good? Of course I do.

But that doesn’t mean I have to be happy about it.

Whatever this crud is, it has been a nuisance. I wouldn’t have the energy for a concert, especially to be in the pit surrounded by people. And let’s be honest, there will probably be around a thousand people there, if not more. Anyway, the doctor said it was a no-go, so I’m not going.

Instead, I’ll be doing what I’ve been doing for a week now: sleeping, resting, taking meds, and feeling icky. At least until the meds kick it’s butt.

But being stuck at home has also given me a lot of time to think about a few things. One of those things is TikTok.

I’ve done a few interviews on there with other authors, and I’ve posted my blogs, social media images, and even a video or two. What I’ve been debating is whether or not to go live.

I have a friend who is an editor. She would go live while she was working—editing, reading, and making things like stickers and bookmarks. People would tune in and just watch. Some would chat, but she got quite a few viewers.

I have another friend who owns a bookshop, and I think she goes live every day. She has several followers who show up almost every single time. The last time I was there, she was opening mail while talking with people online.

I’m not exactly sure what I would do, but I’ve seen some pretty silly things on live streams, so it doesn’t seem like there are too many rules.

I was thinking about going live while writing, working on an art project, or maybe even reading a page from one of my books.

What do you think?

I do know one thing—I have to clean my office before I can do any live streams in there. Until then, I suppose I could record from my car, outside, or just about anywhere except my office.

So, what do you suggest?

Do you have any ideas? Thoughts? Should I or should I not?

I’d love to hear what you think.

Until then, have a great Saturday… even if you’re reading this on Sunday before you’ve had a chance to read Sunday’s blog.

Have a great day and fill it with hugs, love, laughter, and blessings.

Good night… or good morning! 😴
