Happy Sunday!
Not sure about you all, but I’m excited about this month.
My website updates will finally be finished and released this week. Dangerous Desires will also be re-released and expanded into additional distribution through IngramSpark and other locations. I am sooooo excited!
Also, on Monday, March 2nd, I will be starting the Hashimoto’s Protocol, which I’m praying will help reset my system.
For those who may not know, Hashimoto’s disease is an autoimmune condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the thyroid, often slowing metabolism and affecting nearly every system in the body. It can cause exhaustion, inflammation, weight gain, brain fog, joint pain, hormone imbalance, and a long list of other symptoms — and unfortunately, it seems I checked about 95% of those boxes.
A friend who also has Hashimoto’s recommended the book Hashimoto’s Protocol by Izabella Wentz. Between guidance from the book and working with ChatGPT to help ensure everything aligns safely with my kidney condition, food allergies, and histamine intolerance, I feel like I finally have a solid plan moving forward.
I’ll keep you posted here — and possibly on TikTok with weekly video updates. I’m still debating that part.
One of the frustrating things with Hashimoto’s is inflammation and bloating, and guess what I definitely seem to have mastered lately. Add in the weight gain that often comes with it — along with how incredibly difficult it can be to lose, no matter what you do — and it can feel discouraging. I’ve adjusted my diet and have been consistently going to the gym, yet it often feels like nothing is helping.
So, I’m putting a lot of hope and effort into these next 90 days with the Hashimoto’s Protocol.
But for now, I need to get back to revising Dangerous Desires before the re-launch. I hope you enjoy the updates. There aren’t many, but I believe the changes will make a meaningful difference.
So, until next time…
I wish you a wonderful week filled with hugs, love, laughter, and many blessings.
Goodnight!😴
