Gathering Inspiration: A Journey to the Literary Festival

Hello and Happy Wednesday!

This week has been a bit off for me. I missed both of my painting classes due to a stomach issue, though I did manage to do some painting at home. I’m also trying to pack for my trip.

The Southern Literary Festival is this week, and the creative writing classes will be attending—well, at least 11 of us, including the professors. This is a great opportunity, and I hope it will be an incredible source of inspiration.

Not that I need any at the moment, but it never hurts to have a reservoir filled with creativity.

I’ll be surrounded by authors, aspiring authors, poets, professors, and individuals who may one day become publishers, literary agents, or editors. I love immersing myself among such minds and spirits.

The creativity swirling in the air just might be intoxicating.

What inspires you? Where do you seek your inspiration? Are your dreams within reach, or have you pushed them away?

For those who dream of causing harm—those aren’t dreams; they’re nightmares. But as long as your dreams don’t hurt or destroy, I encourage you to embrace them.

Dreams are like inspiration—you need to grab them, nurture them, and give them life. Because the death of a dream or the loss of inspiration is… sad. A shame. A loss of something truly precious.

Anyway, I’ll be heading toward creative inspiration bright and early in the morning. My sweetheart will be left in the care of the fur-babies, and vice versa. I won’t be gone long, and they’ll barely notice I’m away.

I’ll share my experiences with you all on Sunday.

Till then, may your week be filled with hugs, love, laughter, and blessings. And may your dreams come to life in the most beautiful way.
