This has been another interesting week. On Monday, I had a skin cancer spot cut out from the back of my left upper arm. Thank goodness they found something to numb me, and my sweetheart was there to hold my hand. I’m glad he still has fingers left after I was rubbing them during the procedure! There were a lot of stitches for a small spot, but the cancer is gone. I am also treating another topical spot with a cream, and that is doing well. Grateful for good doctors with steady hands and my sweetheart.
Tummy update: With the medicine my gastroenterologist gave me, I’ve had a little over a week of no burn. Yea!!! It’s been really nice to enjoy some of my favorite (and yes, I know not that healthy) foods. So, I’m good!
Now for the quarterly updates ~ surprisingly, I have kept my goal agreements this week. We only have this upcoming week left in this quarter for our Goals Agreement. I’m still working on my list of new goals for the upcoming quarter. This week, I will be practicing my speech for an upcoming event on Friday and working on a painting for the same event, as well as my goals to finish out the quarter. I really need to focus on practicing my speech.

I’ll end this a little early, as I still have some goals to complete and it is late. I actually slept most of the day. That’s what happens when I stay up way too late; my day gets absorbed by naps. Long naps. Anyway, next week’s post should be a little more interesting, and I’ll be able to tell you all about the speech event/non-official contest. Should be interesting.
