Wow, just as I mentioned last week, this quarter seemed to drag on, yet somehow it flew by. Our goal group gathered last night for dinner to discuss our upcoming goals. We’ve opted not to take a full break, so once today concludes, we’re diving straight into our new quarter’s objectives. However, I’ve decided to take Thursday off. It’s shaping up to be a hectic day, and I feel like I could use a brief respite.
Now, onto my new goals for the next quarter…
My daily routines for this round are: 5 minutes of writing, 5 minutes of exercise, and 20 ounces of water per day (following doctor’s orders).
On a weekly basis, I aim to write and publish my blog.
For the main quarter goal, my main focus is to complete my rewrite of “Kylie the Environmentally Friendly Raccoon,” finalize the manuscript, and provide the illustrator with detailed descriptions for the illustrations, ideally aiming for the release of the first book in the series within six months. Additionally, I am also to send the first 10 chapters of “Dating Die-Sasters” to the editor. Sending 10 chapters at a time to the editor simplifies the process for both of us, especially if I have to do any rewriting.
My 30-day personal drawing goal is progressing well, with daily posts on Instagram.
I’m looking forward to the upcoming quarter!
Like the arrival of spring, life is blossoming with opportunities and creative adventures.
If you’re considering setting your own goals for the next quarter, why not join me on this journey? Let me know your goal, and I’ll do my best to help you stay accountable.
Until next week, have a wonderful week filled with hugs, love, laughter, and blessings. 🌻
