2024 First Quarter Update on Goal(s) Agreement – #1

Hello and Happy New Year/New January, everyone! I hope your year is starting off on a good path. Mine’s good, just trying to get back into the groove of keeping my agreements again. The goals group took a few days off, and finding my motivation after this short break has been slow.

I’ve managed to tackle them, but each day, procrastination has been my influencer. As an example, I chose three daily goals, one weekly goal, and a final quarterly goal. The three daily goals are: drink at least 32 ounces of water each day, exercise for at least five minutes daily (even if I’m not feeling well, I can still manage it), and meditate for at least five minutes a day (without falling asleep). My weekly goal is to write and publish my blog post, which I’m currently writing for this week’s posting, and it’s almost 10:00 p.m. My end-of-quarter goal is to eliminate gluten from my diet (surprisingly tough, even though gluten makes me sick).

So, now I’m on a gluten-free recipe hunt. I adore Tiramisu, so that’s going to be one of the first recipes I try. If you have any suggestions, please let me know, but please exclude tomatoes, sadly, I’m allergic to them.

I hope each of you will help keep me accountable, not just for the Goal Group goals but also for my personal goals, which I’ll be writing about off and on as well. My personal goals: write every day, draw or paint at least three times a week (preferably daily), and the toughest one is to be done and heading to bed (even if it’s just to read for a bit) before 11:30. Among both sets of goals, I’ll be focusing on my health and career which is a Win~Win.
