What To Do?

As I sit at my desk so early in the morning and look over my schedule of a lot to dos, I wonder… What to do. What to do first and then what do I really want to do? Sleep would be good. But I have things to do and the fact that one of my dogs woke me up really early (hours before my alarm) gives me that extra time to do a few things. I wrote out my “To Do” list for the day. I journaled in my High Performance Journal and scheduled myself in my daytimer. Yet, still the question is “What To Do?”

Have you ever been in an indecisive mode? I am and have been quite a bit lately. Making a clear cut in the moment decision, has not happened in a few weeks. I will hem-and-haw (old southern phrase) and toss ideas around, trying to come up with an answer. At times I’ll let others make the decision or I will set it aside for later consideration. Now that I am aware of what I am doing or not doing, I will make a conscious effort to just decide or at least let it appear as if there was an immediate decision and think faster. LOL. But on a serious note, being conscious of what you’re doing, saying, feeling helps you to be more present or aware, which gives you more control of your world.

What to do ….. Today I will take a nap!
