Watch Your Thoughts – Poem

From the moment, I wake up till

I close my eyes to sleep at night

My Spirit is always reminding

Watch your thoughts as they can take flight.

A life of their own they create our reality

No wrong directions – only what we perceive

We’ve been aware since time began of the magic of our words and mind

But all too soon forget the gift the Law of God has intertwined

Daily dealings with emotions that run on high

Watch your thoughts as they can take flight

Anger, frustration, heartbreak or sorrow

Watch your thoughts and feelings they will create your tomorrow

Now through these teachings and reminders of life

LOVE – LOVE and more LOVE

Watch your thoughts and feelings

For they will take flight
